The Create Yourself Coaching Series consists of a 3-step process, over 6 sessions, covering a 3 month period. The coaching draws on neuroscience-based principles,  to enable you to connect to your authentic self, get clear on what you want, and start creating the life you desire.

Step 1: Connect to Yourself

Scientific research in the field of neuroscience has shown that the brain can rewire itself based on repeated thoughts, behaviours, and intentions. In your first session, using guided visualisation, you will be taken on a relaxing journey deep into yourself, where you will meet the truest version of you, and connect with your vision of the future.  From here, I will coach you through a reflective practice to capture your vision, and this vision will form the foundation from which you can create your canvas in Step 2.

Step 2: Create Your Vision

You have already connected to your vision in Step 1, so in this step you will get to play with how to use your deep subconscious insights to Create Your Vision. Here I will coach you to dance and play with your desires, to expose and dissolve any limiting beliefs, and to take inspired action towards bringing your vision to life by developing your Create Yourself Vision. This will act as the "blueprint" for your Create Yourself Coaching Series, (Step 3), where we will start to train your RAS (Reticular Activating System) to notice opportunities, resources and solutions that align with your vision.​
