When was the last time you allowed that quiet voice inside to speak?
Work With Me
One-on-one coaching and guided visualisation for people who are tired of performing competence and ready to make decisions from somewhere truer. No scripts, no hustle energy - just the work.
How We Work Together
You don't have to have it figured out before we start. Most people who come to me are already doing a lot, holding a business together, leading a team, keeping everyone else steady - and quietly running out of road with the version of themselves that's doing it.
This isn't about optimising you. It's about getting underneath the noise, the overthinking, the second-guessing, the performing - so the part of you that actually knows what it wants can be heard. I combine executive coaching with guided visualisation because talking alone rarely gets you there. You need both the thinking brain and the part of you that doesn't run on fear.
Here's how we can work together.

Why is visualisation so effective?
This isn't magic. It's your brain doing what it's built to do.

Here's the part nobody explains properly: visualisation isn't wishing for something and waiting to see if it shows up. It's teaching your brain to actually notice it.

Somewhere in there you've got a filter called the Reticular Activating System - the part of your brain that decides what gets through and what gets tuned out, because it physically can't process everything at once. It's the reason you buy a car and suddenly see that exact model everywhere. Nothing changed except your radar. They were always there.

Get specific about what you actually want - properly specific, not vague hoping, and your brain does the same thing for it. Starts filtering for the people, the openings, the small doors you'd have walked straight past before. Not because you wished hard enough. Because you finally told your own brain what to look for.

I'm not going to pretend I've got every layer of this figured out. Some of it still sits closer to felt-sense than measurable, and I'm okay with that. But I've watched it work in my own life too many times to write it off as fluff. This isn't woo dressed up as strategy - it's neuroscience, pointed somewhere on purpose. And underneath all your overthinking, your brain already knows how to help you. This is just how you ask it properly.
